Information collected from participating organizations: Organization name, contact details, address, phone number (mobile phone, email).
○ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Participating organizations: Personal information will be retained until December 31, 2024, after which it will be securely deleted without delay.
○ Right to Refuse Provision of Personal Information

You have the right to refuse the collection and use of personal information. However, if you refuse consent, you will not be able to submit your application.
